The RSVvP Method™ — 5-Week Experiential Course
Life invites each of us onto a journey.
The question isn’t whether we’re invited —
it’s how do we want to RSVP?
The R.S.V.v.P. Method™ is a 5-week experiential course I developed from both my professional training and lived experience.
It is science-backed and soul-driven — integrating what we now understand about the nervous system with ancient wisdom that has always known how humans heal.
This course offers a grounded, compassionate, and practical framework for responding to life with more clarity, calm, and choice — especially in moments when we feel reactive, overwhelmed, or stuck.
The work is experiential, not theoretical, and is designed to meet both the thinking mind and the felt experience of the body.
This course integrates:
• Neuroscience
• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Brainspotting
• Polyvagal Theory
• Tapping
• Jewish Wisdom
