Private Brainspotting Intensives
Focused. Contained. Transformative.
For high-capacity adults who are ready for depth.
What Is a Private Intensive?
A private intensive is a concentrated Brainspotting-based therapeutic experience designed to create meaningful momentum in a contained period of time.
Instead of meeting for one hour a week, we work together for two or three extended half-day sessions. This allows us to access and process deeper layers of the brain where trauma, reactivity, and emotional patterns are stored.
Intensives are immersive, structured, and strategic.
Brainspotting is the core modality.
I integrate parts-based work, somatic regulation, attachment repair, and — when desired — Jewish wisdom to support full integration.
Intensives are ideal if you:
• Feel stuck in recurring emotional or relational patterns
• Have done talk therapy but want deeper resolution
• Experience chronic anxiety or reactivity
• Want focused, uninterrupted work
• Prefer depth over long-term weekly sessions
• Are navigating leadership, parenting, partnership, or major transitions
• Are ready for meaningful forward movement
Who Intensives Are For
What an Intensive Looks Like
1
We begin with a consultation call to clarify goals and determine whether the intensive format is the right fit.
Consultation
2
Before our first session, you complete a structured intake and reflection process to clarify goals, identify core themes, and establish focus.
Preparation
3
Each half-day session is approximately three hours.
During our time together, Brainspotting serves as the primary method for
processing unresolved trauma and emotional activation.
I integrate:
• Parts-based work to differentiate and heal internal patterns
• Somatic regulation tools
• Attachment-focused exploration
• Structured integration and planning
• Spiritual depth when appropriate
The work is paced and supported to allow depth without overwhelm.
As internal patterns shift, clients often experience significant changes in their
relationships — with partners, children, family members, and colleagues.
The Intensive Sessions
The goal of an intensive is meaningful resolution — not temporary relief.
In a concentrated Brainspotting format, we are often able to clear significant layers of unresolved trauma, emotional reactivity, or long-standing relational patterns.
Integration does take time. Your nervous system continues to reorganize in the weeks that follow.
Some clients schedule a small number of follow-up sessions to support integration.
Others move forward independently.
The work is designed to build lasting regulation and internal strength — so you can move forward with clarity, emotional freedom, and greater independence.
Integration & Ongoing Pathways
If an Intensive Isn’t the Right Fit
If an intensive format is not possible, similar goals can be addressed through weekly Brainspotting-based sessions over several months.
The depth of work remains the same.
The pacing changes.
