Brainspotting is a cutting-edge neuroexperiential modality that reaches the parts of the brain and body where trauma, emotional pain, and stuck patterns live — beneath talk therapy.
It releases emotional blocks, processes trauma gently, calms the nervous system, and creates space for expansion into your best self.

I am a keynote speaker and present workshops and retreats to groups and organizations of all sizes.
